Shipping

Our shipping rates are based upon the weight of the shipment and are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS ground. All of our orders are 'made to order' - we do not maintain back stock, so please leave 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

If you want a rush delivery you may arrange to have your items shipped by an expedited method. Please call our studio to make arrangements.

UPS ground service generally takes 5-7 business days for delivery in the domestic US. Currently we do not ship internationally, but can arrange for shipments to Canada and Mexico. International shipping costs are based on weight, shipping method, tariff and customs assesments.

For small orders, (up to 10 pounds), we ship via USPS, and the cart price will reflect shipping cost. Shipments of more than 10 pounds will be shipped via UPS, and shipping will be added to your order accordingly based on weight and address. You will be notified of shipping cost prior to shipping by phone. All orders are to be paid in full prior to shipment. Please supply a physical address for UPS.

Cancellations / Refunds

If you need to cancel your order, it must be done within one business day of your order, or you will receive the product you ordered in the normal timeframe.

To cancel your order, email heathercandlesmt@gmail.com  or alert us to the change on the website https://www.heathercandles.com/contact-us/, and we will pull your order out of production. 

If it is a custom order, and not cancelled in the timeframe above, it will not be refunded, as it cannot be re sold. 

Heather Candles Refund Policy

Any returns or refunds must be pre-approved by Heather Candles. If your order arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact the carrier. All shipments are insured by the carrier, and must be viewed with packaging by the carrier.
